I don't know what to say. When my dad and sister died, everyone kept telling me that "At least they aren't suffering anymore." I'm not sure it helped, but I suppose if it does, that is one way to look at it. I'm sorry, Leah. Time may not heal all wounds, but at least it helps them scab over and not hurt so deeply.
Pippi will be sadly missed and so fondly remembered. I'm glad Petra had a chance to "share" a bagel with him. Lots of love to the dear old dog's survivors.
Oh Leah, I am so sorry I have been away from the reading and only now do I read that dear Pippin has left the earth. I'm so sorry. My heart aches for you.
Oh Leah... I'm so sorry. Pippin had a great life with you and I'm sure he lived a rich full life. I'm thinking of you and the entire family.

Oh my god, I'm so so sorry. I loved Pippi, I cannot believe he's gone. He did live a long, lovely life, and was so so so loved.
